Fiona started her career in the hospitality industry, where she worked in Food & Beverage managerial roles at renowned 5 Star Hotels in London before discovering her passion for training & development. 

Fiona has worked in the field of training/learning & development for over 15 years & launched STORM in 1999. 

Having worked as a training manager, she understands the challenges of ensuring all members of a workforce are fully trained to meet the needs of the customer/guest & are developed to assist with the growth of the individual & the company.

Fiona’s innovative & highly personal training techniques truly transform teams & drives an excellent customer experience for your guests. Fiona works with your team, building confidence & knowledge which is instantly utilised in the workplace.
