When your organisation needs an inspiring & motivational Leadership Development Programme/Academy, The STORM Leadership Programme encapsulates the skills to nurture & develop the future leaders within your organisation.

With up to 14 delegates, they embark on a modular programme together, discovering the foundations of leadership skills that they can utilise in the workplace.

Delegates will have pre & post workshop activities, guest speakers, projects, presentations, on-line workshop feedback & will be allocated a mentor from their organisation to guide them through the process & the Leadership Programme.

Individual modules/workshops are agreed during the consultation process & perfectly designed for your organisation.
